My current research focuses lie in, but not limited to:
- Supply chain and retails analytics and optimization
- Data-driven optimization under uncertainty (e.g., techniques based on stochastic programming, robust optimization and Markov decision processes)
- Algorithms and decomposition approaches for large-scale problems (e.g., Benders decomposition algorithms, column generation, branch-and-cut, branch-and-price)
- Integrated supply chain planning (e.g., production-distribution, supply chain network inventory optimization, material requirement planning-MRP, distribution resource planning-DRP)
- Applications in supply chain network design, logistics, transportation, retails, public transportation, etc.
I am also currently serving as an Associate Editor of INFORMS Journal on Computing and PLOS ONE. My research is supported by several research grants from NSERC, SSHRC, IVADO, Prompt, Mitacs, HEC Montréal as well as industrial funds. I am also actively collaborating with several companies as a consultant and researcher. If you are interested in this research area, please feel free to contact me.
